Heuer Hebetechnik takes pride in producing high-quality hooks. They can be manufactured to meet a wide range of standards, including DIN and EN, and are available in various sizes up to size 250 (DIN). Larger sizes are available upon request. Hooks can be delivered as black forged, with safety catches, or fully customised to specific requirements. Our hooks are available in several types: unmachined hooks, machined hooks fitted with nuts, and complete hook assemblies. We also offer other hook types (such as cargo hooks, British standard hooks or laminated hooks), customer-specific forged components and spare parts.

Unmachined forged hooks
We supply unmachined single and ramshorn crane hooks based on DIN 15401, DIN 15402 and EN 13001. Available in classes P and V, with M, S and T available for selected designs to customer specification.

We supply precision-machined single and ramshorn crane hooks fitted with nuts, based on DIN 15401, DIN 15402 and EN 13001. Available in classes P and V, with M, S and T available for selected designs to customer specification.
CRANE HOOKS
Complete hook assemblies
We supply complete single and ramshorn hook assemblies fitted with a nut, crosshead and bearing, based on DIN 15401, DIN 15402 and EN 13001. Available in classes P and V, with M, S and T available for selected designs to customer specification.
OTHER HOOKS
On request
We supply forged and heat-treated cargo, eye, ramshorn, chain and laminated hooks based on DIN and BS designs. Available in carbon steels, alloy steels and superalloys, with stainless steel available on request.
CUSTOM FORGINGS
Forgings to customer drawings
We supply high-quality forgings based on customer drawings, including quad forged hooks based on DIN 15402-C and EN 13001. Solutions are available in superalloys and in classes V and W, with working load limits up to 2,600 t.

Certified quality, guaranteed performance
All Heuer Hebetechnik hooks meet the highest international standards and come with a type 3.1 certificate to EN 10204. Upon request, we provide US/Lloyd's certification as well as type 3.2 inspection certificates and proof load test certification according to EN 13001. Our products are manufactured according to applicable DIN, EN and BS standards or customer specifications and tested to ensure consistent performance and traceability.
